Vintage HELLO Card!

Hello, I hope you are all well and had a great Easter!

I had a Blessed weekend and had family around and felt very nostalgic looked through some old pictures with some great memories! Remembering some good old times got me in the mood for something a little vintage that’s why I created this little card today.

Vintage Hello

I created today’s card using the Share What You Love Specialty Designer Series Paper sponged it with some Crumb Cake, crumpled it and scrapped it up with some snips and bones folder to create this old vintage look for the background. Using two pieces of Coastal Cabana and the Lovely Flowers Edgelit Dies to cut out your flower images. Using the Amazing  Life stamp set, the edge stamp repeatedly stamping using Gray Granite ink over your cut out flower images on the Coastal Cabana card stock.  Use liquid glue and glue the Coastal Cabana pieces to the center edges of the designer series paper.

Using the new To A Wild Rose Bundle from the New 2019-2010 annual catalog I stamped the Rose image with Petal Pink ink then die cut it out. Then stamped Hello sentiment with Momento ink on Very Vanilla using the Pretty Label punch to Hello, sponge the edge with Crumb Cake ink.

Next wrap several layers of twine around the center of the card, then added two big bows. Punched a hole at the end of the sentiment with the Take Your Pick Tool, threaded some twine through and tied it to the bow. Then add a dimensional on the back of the Rose placed in the center, I then glued these layers onto a Very Vanilla card base folding down the opposite corners just slightly.

I hope this card inspires you!
