IT’S YOUR DAY!

Hello, My Friends!

Today was is a beautiful day here in Texas, it inspired me to think of the beautiful outdoors. The Peaceful Place stamp set is a wonderful scene of the great outdoors and as you know I love to color this set give us the opportunity.

PEACEFUL PLACE FATHER'S DAY

The card base is a Whisper White 5 1/2″ x 8 1/2″ scored at 4 1/4″.  The next layer is Old Olive measuring 5 1/4″ x 4 1/8″.  The next piece is Whisper White measuring 5 1/8″ x 4″.

Using the Memento ink stamp the Large Outdoor scene image to the left-hand bottom, then stamp the Squirrel image to the right-hand bottom.

Then using the Water Color Pencils color your images, using an Aqua painter gently blend the colors ( you may need to leave it dry or use your heat tool). Stamp Two of the Leaf images using Old Olive ink, then using paper snaps cut them out. Stamp the sentiment “IT’S YOU DAY” with Memento ink, also stamp “HAPPY” and” FATHER’S DAY” from the WELL SAID stamp set and then cut out both sentiments. I attach the leaves to the back of the sentiment “IT’S YOU DAY” added small dimensionals to the back and added it to the top above your colored images. Then add small dimensionals to the “HAPPY FATHER’S DAY” and add that to the center of the card.

Glue your Whisper White piece onto your Old Olive piece of card stock, I then attached some Old Olive twine to the left-hand side with a bow.

Glue all your layers on to your Whisper White card base, and your card is complete!
