Fun Back to School Projects!

Hello Friends!

Today I had fun completing my grandsons back to school gifts for teachers, earlier in the week I made a little treat holder, now I added a little post-it note holder with pencil the original idea came from Jeanette Cobb I gave it my own twist for back to school theme. Stamped on some cute little brown bags I got at my local craft store and added a darling little tag. Just a little thank you for all the wonderful teachers!

The brown bag was stamped using the Harvest Hellos stamps at and the Memento ink. Created the tag from the Come To Gather Designer Series Paper 2″ x 4″ created a flag on one end and punched the top with the Delightful Tag Topper Punch. Embossed the Apple image on a piece of Real Red card stock, stamped the stem with Crumb Cake ink in the leaf with Granny Apple Green ink, punched with the Apple builder punch. Stamp the sentiment welcome back with Momento ink cut it out with paper snips and backed it with a piece of Real Red card stock, glued it onto the tag attached the tag to the bag with 1/4″ Mint Macaroon Ribbon.

Post-it note holder; Real red card stock measuring 8 1/2″ x 2″ scored on the long side at one and 13/8″, 2 3/4 “,5 3/4″, 7 1/8″ on the short side score both sides at 1/2”. Now varnish the edges and cut along the score lines and wedge. Cut out to Real Red cardstock with the Stitched Nested Label Dies the largest, with the third-largest  Stitched Nesting Label Die to cut out the wood pattern from the Come To Gather Designer Series Paper. Punch a 1/2″ hole in one end of your Real Red card stock base this will be the pencil holder. Now used to Tear & Tape adhesive on the edges above your score line you can also use Tomball mono liquid glue, attach your large Nested Label to the centerfold now take your sides to meet the edges of your label. I heat embossed the sentiment smile from the Daisy Lane stamp set using Black embossing powder using Momento ink I stamped the seed images. On a scrap piece of Whisper White card stock, I stamped the half apple image with Momento ink colored it using a Real Red Stampin Blends Markers, then added a little bit of the Crystal Effects, now add your apple to the front label using dimensionals, glue the front label onto the front of your posted-it  box.

Such a cute coordinating set a little something for the desk a little sweet treat wrapped up in a cute little bag!!
