Hello everyone,
Today’s card was to create a bit of sunshine in the mail. I used a piece of the Ornate Garden Specialty Designer Series Paper with a bit of daisy in it just reminded me of spring sunshine, the other inspiration came from Emma Goddard a card she created using a different stamp set but similar layout.

Today’s card was created with the Daffodil Delight card stock base, a strip of the Ornate Garden Specialty Designer Series Paper backed with a piece of Whisper White card stock. On an extra piece of Daffodil Delight I stamp the sentiment “smile” using Versamark ink then embossed using white embossing powder and set with a heat tool. I then cut out the sentiment using the smallest oval from the Stitch Shape Dies.
The daisies are created quick and simply using the Medium Daisies stamp from the Daisy Lane stamp set and Gray Granite ink stamped off once, then using the Medium Daisy punch, enough daisies to layer to have three high to give each day is a nice depth. I layered the daisy layers together using a glue dot with the stamped image on top, the centers were created using the Perennial Essence Floral Centers, these will be retiring on June 2, 2020.
Using Craft White ink I stamped the small Daisy image randomly on the Daffodil Delight card base front.
Assembling your card I placed the designer series paper later towards the left hand center of the card added the sentiment using dimensionals, One daisy by the sentiment was glued flat the other two are popped up on a dimensionals. I added some White Bakers Twine and a little bow for some added interest.
I hope this card made you smile !
